AT-HOME GLUTE · CORE · LEG DAY • PILATES-STYLE • ZERO GYM MEMBERSHIP

Wake up your glutes, brace your core, and train your legs at home in one short session.

Helen’s Intentional Wellness pick for women who want pilates-style hip, core, and leg work on the living-room rug without another gym membership or a 45-minute commute.

Glute & Hip Activation Without a Gym: Soft-touch TPE loop bands give you steady resistance for squats, lateral walks, bridges, and clamshells so your glutes actually switch on after hours of sitting.
Core + Leg Day in One Short Ritual: Pair bands with bodyweight moves for a pilates-inspired at-home circuit that hits core bracing and legs in about 10 minutes.
Travel-Light Home Kit: Compact loops live in a drawer or gym bag. Use them with the LOREN yoga set or barefoot on a mat. No machines, no membership, no waiting for a treadmill.

You know the feeling. You stood up from your desk, car seat, or couch and your glutes felt quiet, your hips felt tight, and your legs wanted a walk you did not have time to take. Booking a reformer pilates class sounds perfect until you look at the calendar. What you want is something quieter and closer: a few resistance loops, a yoga mat, and a short glute, core, and leg circuit you can finish before dinner.

The Epic Loop™ 5-Piece Hip & Glute Resistance Band Set is built for that Intentional Wellness ritual. Use the bands for lateral walks, glute bridges, squats, and core work that wakes up the muscles sitting loves to switch off. Keep the session short. Keep it consistent. Feel taller when you stand up.

FAQ

Do I need a gym membership? No. These loops are made for at-home glute, core, and leg work on a mat or carpet.

I'm a beginner. Is this too hard? Start with the lightest band and smaller ranges of motion. Form over depth.

Will bands help my lower back feel better after sitting? Many women use glute and core activation plus gentle mobility to feel more supported after long sitting days. This is general wellness movement, not medical treatment. Talk with a qualified professional if you have an injury or diagnosed condition.

What are the bands made of? Soft-touch TPE loops in five tensions, so you can progress from gentle activation to stronger leg-day work.

Can I use a promo code? Yes. HEALTH10 for 10% OFF + Free Tracked Shipping, or BUNDLE15 for 15% OFF when you pair two or more routine essentials.

Is there a guarantee? Buy Epics offers a 30-day satisfaction window on eligible orders (confirm current policy at checkout).
